Investors complete the full onboarding here — KYC, source of funds, term review, allocation, digital signature, and wire instructions. Every step is audit-logged and streamed to the investor profile plus the admin console.

    Upload bank statement or wire proof (3-month window).

    Terms review
    Read the Master Contract, translated notes, and risk factors.

    Sahm allocation
    Pick number of Sahms and payout preference (monthly / quarterly).

    Signature
    DocuSign envelope, timestamped, DIFC-witnessed.

    Wire instructions
    Escrow account details, reference code, and 10-day deadline.
What to add before go-live:
  • Sumsub SDK for step 1 (already provisioned in Tech Ops).
  • DocuSign or Signhost for step 5 with UAE seal.
  • Stripe / bank webhook for step 6 to auto-confirm wire arrival.
  • Auto-issue Sahm certificate NFT (optional, on-chain proof of ownership).
