Choose phone, in-person, or online. The system checks the primary rep's HubSpot calendar; if they are unavailable, the request is auto-routed to their assistant. Both the rep and the sales manager receive an instant notification with your contact details.
How routing works
- Check the primary rep's HubSpot calendar for the requested window.
- If free → book directly, send calendar invite to both parties.
- If busy → check the assistant rep in the same territory; book them and note the fallback.
- Notify sales manager via email + Slack; log activity on the HubSpot deal.
- Attach investor profile, personality score, and last simulation to the meeting brief.
